Derek & his team came to our rescue after the recent storms in January & February 2020. We are a GP surgery and a 60 foot tree fell on to part of the surgery damaging a wall and parts of the roof. Derek was very quick to attend to help assess the damage as it created a huge H&S problem. He then had to come to our rescue for a second time in February when we had a leak in another part of the roof which in turn meant our electrics were fried due to the amount of water. A GP surgery with no electricity is not fun! Derek and his team were very professional, communicated well and even re-scheduled a job for us to help get us back up and running quickly. The work is to a high standard and very competitive. I would highly recommend Derek and the lads :0)

When Mr Taylor did not arrive at the expected appointment time we rang him and it became clear that there had been a confusion over the date, which was partly our fault, so we asked if we could book another appointment fairly soon and he said he would telephone us when he got back to the office. Five days later, (5.8.19) having not heard from him, we telephoned his Tewkesbury Office and left a message reminding him that he had promised to ring and arrange another appointment and we would be grateful if he could do that. That was 18 days ago and we have still heard nothing from him. If he did not want the job, (lining concrete gutters) it would have been helpful if he had let us know, so that we did not delay getting a quote from another company.

Derek and Liam just do things properly. No skimping or doing short term fixes. They are real experts who work to Rolls Royce standards, without the price tag. Anyone else you use couldn't be better...they are at the top of the tree.

Derek surveyed and diagnosed a condensation problem we were having in the loft due to poor ventilation. He responded quickly to our request, attended the site and carried out a thorough investigation to check out what was wrong. He fitted four tile vents into the roof and felt vents in the roof-line. He was very professional, courteous and quick to respond to my numerous questions! The finished job looks neat and tidy and the tile vents are barely noticeable as they have been well fitted. His quote was competitive too. A job well done, and I would recommend Derek.
